Before Week 1 · The fourteen-week journey

Three stages, thirteen artefacts, one AI Communications Plan

The course moves through three stages. Each week produces one artefact. The artefacts reference each other, so the work compounds rather than starting over each week. Select a stage to see the weeks inside it.

Foundations · Weeks 1 to 5

You start by auditing what is actually happening with AI in your domain. Then you define the service the AI Communications Plan will be about. Weeks 3 and 4 ground the work in evidence and adapt the AI-ICM to your context. Week 5 surfaces the operating conditions the rest of the plan has to design around.

Constructs · Weeks 6 to 13

You specify each part of the AI-ICM. Week 6 is positioned early on purpose: trust and transparency shape every construct that follows. Weeks 7 and 9 each cover two paired constructs that operate as one system in practice.

Capstone · Week 14

Week 13 is integration, not new content. You bring all thirteen component artefacts together, pressure-test the AI Communications Plan for coherence, and prepare it for handover. If you have done the earlier weeks with discipline, Week 14 is the satisfying part. If you have skipped ahead, this is where that catches up.

What you walk out with
  • One AI Communications Plan for an AI-enabled communication service in your domain, ready to hand to a vendor, a build team, or an audit committee.
  • A portable toolkit of prompts, checklists, and reusable assets you can take into your day job from Week 2 onwards.
  • A way of working you can apply to the next service after this one.
